Three years ago my friend Kerry asked me to take headshots of her. I did. Now I do them for lots of other people.

I am not an actor. But I needed professional headshots for my job and Erin was the place to go.

My trip to Erin's studio was my first time getting headshots (really acting in front of a camera at all) and she did an amazing job of walking me through the process, helping me make a "look" from the wardrobe I brought, and posing me in some fun and different ways.

She got a great mix of very formal (solid color background, normal expressions) and fun shots (some outdoor urban scenes, etc) so that I would have a variety of backgrounds to work from. She tricked me into smiling just right (it's harder than it looks -- remember that when you're watching ANTM) and was very easy to work with. Thanks!

For great, solid, straight-ahead, attractive yet unique, professional headshots Erin Gibson is it! I've had my headshots taken by at least 5 different photographers before going to Erin. She's the first to capture the most amazing and genuine shots of me. Her process is so no-nonsense it makes sense. She's efficient, so you don't get stuck feeling tired halfway through the shoot. She's great at picking what clothes will help sell "a look". Her use of natural light is so skilled I only had to photoshop a fly-away hair or two. The usual face clean up was unnecessary (YAY!). Did I mention funny? She's too funny and fun to work with as well. Oh and since using these new photos, I've actually gotten compliments for the first time on my headshots from casting directors. Awesome!

P.S.-I am not exactly the most photogenic, so the fact that she was able to make my face look good was a big bonus. :-)

Erin is rad. She shoots all over the place, so I had a wide range of styles to choose from. She really made me feel comfortable, and she was imaginative and playful with her pictures. I walked away with shots that really reflected my personality.
